So get 2600K and good aftermarket CPU cooler.

Get this one bellow and OC to 4.5 - 4.8 GHz

When u OC , the 2600K will be as fast as 2600K/2700k.

The 2700K is the same when OC'd, so save thoe money for the Noctua NH-D14.

Also do not get the RAM u posted. U need ... ->

I recommend CORSAIR Vengeance 99% of the time, quality RAM and low profile with XMP profile. And if u will get an aftermarket CPU cooler, low profile is the worry free remedy with perfect fit with any large cooler.

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Vengeance Low Profile heat spreaders have a reduced height of 1.03" (26.25mm). They're designed for high-performance systems with extra-large CPU coolers, small form factor system builds, or any other space-constrained application where standard Vengeance memory might not fit.

The RAM u have selected is 1.65V, u need 1.5V and low profile for the aftermarket cooler!

Also this is 1155 not 2011.

U need 2 or 4 sets of the RAM to use the dual channel.

But for the video, I would get 16GB of the RAM.

For the PSU I would go with SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold ((SS-650KM Active PFC F3)) 650W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

was: $179.99 now $139.99 + FREE SHIPPING It is only $10 more than the Corsair, but much better!

Also get this mobo, as u can use the Quick sync for the fastest video encoding!
ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Als this board is a great overclocker.
