Is my case and Power supply Adequate enough for my build?

Looking at this power supply: CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 (CMPSU-430CXV2) 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply I can get it for 16.99$ at Newegg because $20.00 mail in rebate sale plus 8$ off with promo code!

The case: XION XON-180 Meshed Black/Red Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 24.99 with mail in rebate or this case COOLER MASTER Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 Black Steel / Plastic Computer Case 39.99 with mail in rebate.

I'm looking to save as much money as possible please tell me if the cases and the power supply I listed are good enough to power and cool everything listed here:

Motherboard: ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD770 DDR3 SATAII 3.0 Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard

Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9750 2.4ghz Quad Core CPU

RAM: GSkill RIPJAWS DDR3 1600 4GB (2x2GB) RAM F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Hard Drive: SEAGATE ST3250310AS 250GB 3.5" SATA DESKTOP HARD DRIVE

DVD/CD Drive: Sony Optiarc AD7280S-OB 24x DVDRW Drive - 24x, SATA, Black, OEM

Video card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Graphics Card GDDR5 Video SLI 3D vision 01G-P3-1460-KR or this card XFX GeForce 9600 GSO 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card

That's my build tell me if my power supply and case are adequate for cooling and powering all of the above. And if you fell that for any reason I picked bad hardware for my build please tell me and even recommend something? I also wantto know if the video cards are decent. Thank you your help will be most appreciated.

P.S. I'm only 14 so I'm on a budget but I'm pretty sure I can get all this at a cheap price. Thanx again let the answering BEGIN :)

And I'm not going to overclock just in case your wondering. I might later but don't really have the intention.

More about case power supply adequate build
  1. The selected CPU AM2+ will not work in the selected motherboard AM3. Need an AM3 CPU for DDR3 support http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007671%20600005863&IsNodeId=1&name=Socket%20AM3
The PSU should handle the GTX560 but a step higher like the CX500 is recommended either case will do fine.
  2. Ok I found a brand new
AMD Phenom II X2 511 - 3.4 GHz Dual-Core (HDX5110CK23GM) that is a socket AM3 so I won't have a compatibility issue thanx for the heads up. As for the power supply the CX 500 is about 25$ more than the CX 430 so just gonna stick with the 430. The case I think i will get the cooler master but the Xion looks very appealing as well.
  3. My wife runs a AMD 880 MoBo and a Athlon X2 and 4GB Gskills and a HD 4650 on her CPU.

She also has 2 hard drives.

And a couple case fans and a Firewire card. and 2 DVD drives all on a Thermaltake 430 watt PSU.

Never used an Xion case but CM and Antec are my favorite cases for features for the price.
