Cant get computer to boot

Hello, my PC has been lets say on and off days it will work others it wont some days it flickers on till it hits the hard drive then dies. Ive tried resetting the cmos that only fixed it for a week or so anything else i can do. the temps on my computer never peak 50 degrees Celsius. can anyone help me kinda desperate here for answers?

the first thing i would suspect is the power supply.

can you get into the bios by hitting delete or f1 when you see the motherboard logo screen?
