Im Builsing a gaming pc and i have been confused by alot of websites saying about some motherboards are terrible but on another website their good.

Gigabyte G1.Sniper 3, it's specifically designed for gaming, with discrete sound processor, 4x SLI/CF capability, easy auto overclock, and plentiful USB/SATA. It's 260 dollars.

Alternatively you can look at Asus's Maximus V extreme if you're going to be overclocking and the GA-Z77X-UP7 if you're going to need expandability/good tweaking and stability.
