If it was a GTX560TI I would say so if it is matched with a fast quad core CPU.

I have an i7 2600 8 gigs of ram to supplement that. And the GTX 560 i will put on 1680 i guess or leave it to the game to come up with the reccomended settings

You will want the i7 2600K and a pair of 580's in SLI as a minimum. It's expensive for some but so worth it. It's just a starting point. I have seen my computer use half of my 16 gig of 2133 ram in addition to a fast SSD cache and raid stack during BF3. (AND about 4 of 6 gig of GPU memory running at god knows how much overclock.)

but since it's a beta it probably hasn't been optimized. Though 2 580's would work great

I just built my battlefield rig two days ago....I7 2600k, asus deluxe z68 mobo, 12 gigs 3x4 vengence 2000 mhz ram,EVGA GTX 580's SLI,ultra x7 cpu cooler,900 watt rocket fish 80 plus silver PSU,Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower Black Case, with 2 burners one lg blu ray and a HP burner, playing it on my 52 inch sharp aqious HD/LCDTV with monster HDMI cable. Windows controller headset wireless kb and mouse.Still working on getting my SDD sata 3 drive to go with my 3 TB barricuda 7200 rpm hdd. This better run it or im gonna implode.

how come your hardware config says

i7 2600k
2x gtx 570\\\'s SLI
12 gb ram
1000w PSU

ut ur asking about going from a radeon to a 560???

Because this my bros system he wants to upgrade. I have my own. And his PSU is only a 460 watt so i am limited to only certain GPU's

Thats probably overkill for what im doing but thanks

Then get an AMD Radeon 6870 or GTX 560 TI or HD 6950. and you will be done. Of course you must have at least a 600W minimum PSU in order to have the whole computer working properly . with those cards you should be between 30 and 60 FPS at high settings ON BF3.
