i Have a

Intel® Pentium® Processor E5200
(2M Cache, 2.50 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

this processor is compatible this motherboard?

G41D3 Ver. 6.2

im worrie about this one

Support Dual Channel DDR3 800/1066/1333 MHz
2 x DDR3 DIMM Memory Slot
Max. Supports up to 8GB Memory

Note: FSB800 CPU only support DDR3-800


but processor is
800 MHz FSB

this is compatible?

im confusing about that

please Help me for decide ..

Check your cpu support section: http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=471#cpu. Your ram may run slower, so if you get 1333 ram, it may run at 1066 or 800. This won't hurt the ram. You may also check the memory support section using the same link for tested ram for this board. Your cpu is compatable; you may choose your ram from the list or get comparable ram that's not on the list but has similar timings. I recommend corsair, gskill, crucial, kingston, samsung, pny, or patriot brands.
