HP Pavilion Won't Start, stuck on Blue screen

when i press the on button, it shows me the Microsoft vista symbol, then it shows me boot-loggings(like safe mode stuff like that). When I click safe mode, it shows me another logging screen, like which program to start with, after that, it gives me choice on memory, then it starts all over. I tried different combinations, none of them work. Someone please help me!!!

Sounds like you have a corrupt Vista operating system.
Build yourself a bootable Rescue CD to save any important personal files and data.
And then repair or re-install Vista.
