Upgrading from 1055t AMD CPU and Asus M4A87TD/USB3

Hello, i'm wanting to upgrade from my 1055t AMD and M4A87TD/USB3 motherboard. The reason is that each core of the 1055t is only 2.8. And so games that only use 1, 2 or 4 cores, usually run sluggish, especially Guild wars 2. I'm probably wanting to move over to intel as i've heard they're better. I'm wanting to find a futureproof motherboard, or as futureproof as i can, and a decent CPU to keep up with my Nvidia 660TI graphics card which i will be upgrading over time. I'm brand new to Intel cpu's and motherboards and so i need some help
Thank you.

  1. Pick the i5-3570K + ASRock Z77 Extreme4 + your 660Ti + 8GB RAM.

Yes, intel CUP is on the top, read this ( 86 Processors From AMD And Intel, Tested ) http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-performance-comparison,3370.html

And for the MB you can check this review too, I recommend asrock but you can pick the favor brand too http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z77-express-ivy-bridge-benchmark,3254-35.html
  2. My budget will be around... £350 ish for the cpu + processor. I'm wanting something better than my current processor and a motherboard that supports usb3 and supports dual nvidia cards.
  3. Check your local/online stores for the pricing because I don't know which stores you do the shipping.

Most Z77 MB can support SLI or CF.
  4. I'm looking for a specific motherboard that is futureproof and a decent cpu, i'm looking at the I7-3770K
  5. ASRock Z77 Extreme4
