Which to upgrade?

I want to upgrade either my nvidia gefroce 9500gt or my pentium d 945 3.4ghz.
I can't spend more than $100 or so, so I can only upgrade one at the moment.

Which one needs to be upgraded the most?

I was thinking about upgrading the processor to: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 - 2.4 GHz
or my video card to something else under $100 like the: Galaxy Geforce GTS 250 1gb.

If you know of any others around $100 or less, please tell me.

What do you plan on doing? If gaming its hard to say as that CPU is not that great but the GPU is pretty old too.

It might almost be worth saving money up and upgrading both instead of one.

Yeah it's mainly gaming. I'm overclocking the cpu to 4.0ghz at the moment also.

I will upgrade both eventually, but I want to upgrade one of them now, just not sure which one.

If you have the CPU at 4GHz, go for the GTS250. It will help more in games than a new CPU would right now.

Yeah I'm when I play some games the cpu isn't even maxing out yet. I'm sure as soon as I get a new graphics all my games will run better.
