I'm looking for a good ATX mid-tower case. And also cheap, like below $100. I don't need flashyness just functionality. Suggestions? Experiences? Thanx in advance!
If you don't need a power supply, you can get an Addtronics midtower for $58 (model ET3891A). Addtronics cases are the best cases money can buy (in my opinion). If you do need a power supply it will cost $95 for 250W or $110 for 300W. Go here Addtronics.

I prefer the case I just bought: Antec SX830. It has 3 drive bays, one floppy and one more 3 1/2" bay for something like front mounted USB ports. This case is soooo easy to work with. First, the side panel comes off with a pull of the latching (and locking) handle, no screws to deal with. The hard drive module comes completely out of the case with another sliding latching mechanism. This allows easy access to both sides of the module for screws and it allows you to get up off the floor and work with it at a comfortable height. The hard drive module also has a clip for an 80 mm fan in front of the drives to give you extra cooling.
The drive bays come with hardware that you attach to the either side of the CD-Rom which then allows you to slide and lock the drive in. Again no crawling around on your knees to get the screws in on both sides. Just attach the hardware and taking out or putting in the drives is a simple push or pull.
For your floppy and/or Orb drive, unscrew the two thumb screws after removing the front panel and the whole module that holds the drives, again, comes out of the case completely allowing easy securing of the drives with screws at a comfortable height. Then just slide the module back in and redo the thumb screws.
The case also comes with a 300 W power supply, two exhaust fans behind the CPU, one fan in the PS of course, and room for three more fans at the front of the case. The motherboard tray is not removeable, but there is adequate room to work in the case. Overall build quality is great. All edges inside the case are rolled over. Tolerances on the side panels are awesome, they fit like a glove. The case is wider than my current full tower and it has rotatable feet to give it that extra wide stance. All that and good looks for the low price of $93 (which includes shipping). Even comes with a slightly droll sticker that says "Antec Outside" so that you may proudly display the maker of this functional, home builder's case.

Ok, thanks for the help. I intend to use a 300w PS, because it's what everyone recommends and I heard that some problems could arise with power hungry components.
