1. Asus Matrix GTX580 Platinum or Gigabyte GTX580 Super Overclock? which one better?

2. Is MSI GTX560 TI Twin Frozer II 1G is same as TI HAWK?

3. Should i go for 6950 or 560TI? mostly use for online gaming. i can't decide.

4. Is 650W PSU enough for GTX580?

5. Asus Maxtrix GTX580 and Gigabyte GTX580 SO -vs- ATI 6970 2G DDR5, no match?

the gigabyte GTX 580 SO is faster than all the cards you have listed !!
if you comparing 6950 to 560 ti .. the 560 ti has the same performers but it has nvidia physics and nvidia cards are more supported at more games ..
the gtx 560 ti hawk edition is an overclocked version of the twin forza II .. that mean it deliver more power.
gtx 580 is faster than the ati 6970 2G.
650w PSU more than enough for gtx 580 .. just make sure its a "80" certified PSU
