Hello,
I have a GA-970A-DS3 MOBO With a Black Edition AMD Phenom II x4 965 I was wondering if i Could run 16GB Of Corsair Vengeance ram @1600mhz 1.5v 4X4 will my Motherboard and my Processor be alright if i combine these types of components? Also i am buying the 16gb because i have found it cheap

Should be fine. I had a similar model MB and ran my ram @1600. You may need to consider clearance for the heat spreaders if you have an aftermarket CPU cooler.

If you can, I would suggest getting faster DDR3 if you are getting 16 gigs. Your mobo, and CPU will work perfect with 16 gigs. Something I recommend if you are getting memory above 16 gigs, is an SSD. SSD because, with that amount of memory, it slows down a 7200 RPM HDD...I know from experience.
