Hello,
Okay. So I installed windows 7 a while ago, and the sound worked fine. Then one day it just stopped working. I've tried multiple speakers. I tried updating the driver. It didn't work so I uninstalled it and now it's not recognizing my sound card which is in my motherboard. My computer is oddly shaped and it's really hard for me to see much in there, but I do know that my sound card is in my motherboard. I don't know much about computers.. please help.

If you made it through the whole checklist it's looking like you have a hardware problem.
You might want to think about adding a sound card and using that instead of your motherboard sound chip.
