Pc Build

Good evening! Well, by my time it's evening.

I'd love some help for building a pc for/under 1700
I've got a pc from 2003, so, it's really bad

I do not need :
Mouse, Keyboard and speakers

My preferences are :
16 gigabytes of RAM
gtx 560 Ti in SLI
A motherboard, that is compatible with (SLI/CFX) (duh)
1 TB or more

No specific case
CD/DVD burner is needed

And should I build the system myself, or just pay the guys at the shop, and they will build it?

P.S. And I have 200 $ to spend on a monitor, which will be the most compatible?

Self build is more satisfying and you know what you're getting. Of course you can find a builder who will work to your spec but overcharge.
And it's great when you press the power button for the first time. (Assuming it works)
