CPU Fan 2550k & Z68x-ud3h-83 Strange behavior and Fanspeed controll,

Hello, i want my cpu fan to go on maximum rpm, just like it does the moment the bios screen arrives in boot.

i know my motherboard supports it and i know my cpu fan does also.
speedfan does nothing for me.

my specs are noted below, and the picture of my bios is in the 3rd post.

what im trying to say is when the brand name of the bios appears when booting then the fan goes on really fast and when windows resumes it continues on half speed

CPU smart fan mode is now set to PWM
CPU smart fan control is now set to PWM 2.50 per / Celcius value
All warnings are enabled and cpu warning is set on 60 degrees

fan controll is now off , cpu rpm is now 2000 instead of 1000,

altho before the windows loading screen it goes 3000 (by ear)
i guess theres no way in gettings speeds like that manually, must be a glitch or something tnx anyway
