P8Z68-V/Gen 3 Front USB

Hi, I got this board recently in a new build. Love my new computer but I'm not sure where to hook my case's Front USB cluster into the board. I'd appreciate it if somebody could show me real quick, I'm sure I just overlooked something in the manual but I wanna use my Front USB's.

Hi, If 2.0 (9 pin), one of the 3 navy blue headers (bottom of the board).
If 3.0 (20 pin), the blue one near the RAMs slots.
