This is a gameing only rig.....Please let me know if you would have changed anything

Unless you are planning to add a second GPU, you don't need a 750W PSU. Five hundred to 550W would be sufficient; the one you've chosen is a good one though, especially at that price.
I cannot with clear conscience recommend ANY Coolermaster product. This is not a quality issue; some of their PSUs have liar labels on them, or claim protections that they lack (fact, not opinion; reviews at hardwaresecrets.com). That's dishonest, and a dishonest company does not deserve anyone's business. Fortunately, in every market where they are found, they have competitors offering equivalent products (e.g. Xigmatek for CPU coolers), so you need not take a hit in the wallet yourself for refusing to support a dishonest business.
Otherwise. it looks decent. I'm not one to nitpick a build to death, although I believe a Shellshocker on memory is going to come up a little later today.

Edit: I'm assuming there's no magnetic hard drive in there on purpose, due to the current high prices. Hopefully supply will get back to normal and prices come down in less than the predicted 6-7 months. Otherwise, you may still find a drive in a combo, or possible a "green" model which would be acceptable for data storage to go along with your SSD.

Everything looks good!

Might save a bit by getting the non-overclocked version of the GTX 560 Ti. You can easily boost the Mhz yourself in about 10 seconds. Not worth paying more for.
I agree with JTT, 750w is only necessary if you wish to SLI in the future.
I'd keep the Hyper 212 EVO. I've used it and it's an incredible cooler.

I am actually going to pull one of my 80 gig drives from my older machine for swap file.
