Recommended Graphics card for my Power watt

Hi, I have a 420W Power supply and I want to know the Best Video card(AMD Series) That will with a 420W

What 420 W power supply do you have? Not all power supplies are created equal, and thats an obscure wattage rating so im concerned it might be either an older ATX 1.x unit with a weak 12V rail or a unit from a sketchy manufacturer like deer.

If you cant find a model number, at least look at the sticker and see how many amps it lists next to the +12 V rail. Also, if you see a -5V rail on the sticker, let us know as that indicates a very old design.
