Arctic cooling freezer 7 pro rev 2 on gigabyte GA-870-USB3L

Will the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 fit securely onto a Gigabyte GA-870-USB3L, without resting on, or being obstructed by the memory modules?
I've got 2 x 4GB (low profile) Corsair Vengeance sticks that are 13.7 centimeters high, and because there are only 2 memory slots on this board, moving them into other slots to allow the cooler to fit properly is not an option.
Any help would be appreciated.

According to their specs: http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/detail?sArticle=4.%3F it should only measure 108mm x 96mm. Depending on whether you have it blow air upwards or out the back of the case, I think you will be OK in any situation. It doesn't look much wider that the CPU retention bracket. And the bottom of the fan sits quite high anyway. I had one on an Intel board, with std. htg. RAM close to the processor and it cleared the memory fine.
