So im building a new gaming pc, i almost have all component ready and just about to order. they are:
CPU: i5-2500k
GPU: GTX 560TI fermi
HD: Barracuda 7200RPM 1 TB SATA 6 GB/s NCQ 64 MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive - ST1000DM003
Ram: 8gb corsair
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler, RR-B10-212P
PSU: OCZ ZS Series 750W 80PLUS Bronze High Performance Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandy Bridge Core i3 i5 i7 and AMD Phenom
Case: NZXT Guardian Black SECC Steel Chassis ATX Mid Tower Case 921RB-RL
(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00434UCDE/ref=ox_sc_a...)
and some other component

My main concern is whether this case will support my CPU cooler? I really like the look of this case so im trying to stick with it. I have searched around and i believe someone said i have to either get 80mm scythe fan, or get rid of the side fan. Is that true? ALso, the top of the case can allow 140mm fan, so if i buy 140mm, do i need to get another CPU cooler or just stick with the factory heatsink/cooler and add 140mm cooler on top case?
Please recommend me which type of scythe or 140mm cooler i need to buy if the 120mm does not fit. Last concern, other than 3 pre-built fans and 140mm fan on the top, am i able to install any other fan?
Thanks for reading this and thanks for any attempt to help

Here are some edits I would make to your system.
Change Power supply
If you have any worries, change the case to a different one.
