Nvidia 8400 GS temp??

i have MSI nvidia 8400 GS 512 MB graphics card
before its idle temp was arounf 45-50 C and on load 60-75 C
but just a cuople of days ago my pc started hanging while playing games
and idle temp is now 80-90 C and on load 90-104 C
104 C is max
whats wrong and any solution fo this??
plz help

I had a bfg 8400gs. It had a really small heatsink with a cheap fan. The fan stopped and the temp went to 100 and the pc crashed. I was unable to find a new fan that would fit the heat sink, but I got a universal heasink and fan on ebay for like $5.00. It came with a little thermal past and attached with little plastic push pins. It only took 10 minutes to change the heat sink and fan combo.

this 1 got no fan
but used to work awesome even in CRUEL summer when the room temp was around 40-45 C
but now the room temp is about 35 C
