Hey,

I have a Quad core 2.5ghz intel with a Nvidia GTS250 and 4gigraam ddr5 400gig hard drive.

My PSU recently died it was a Ezcool 600w atx-600 JSP, can anyone recomend a new PSU that will run well?

It depends on your intent to upgrade or add other components. 600W may be more than enough, but 380W may be too little. You need to provide more info on your rig to get good advice.

So simply answering the question is no longer good advice? OP did not ask about upgrades or request reserve capacity to be factored in to recommendations...

I have recently upgraded my PSU. I went for the Corsair 750W TX for my rig. Its a great PSU, plenty of power for upgrades and is from a good well known supplier, plus the price is not bad at mo. I run my rig (i5 750, GTX275, x3 HDD's, x6 fans, x3 USB 3.0 PCI cards, 4GB RAM). I will be looking to SLi my GTX275 soon and the 750W TX can easily handle another GTX275.

BUT it does really depend on your upgrade plans for the future.
