Might have a dead motherboard

This is my first build, so bear with me. My part list is right here, plus an hp w1907 and Antec Two Hundred case (got it from a friend). I have my cpu and cpu fan installed, my gpu installed, and have all the psu cables connected to the motherboard. I'm using a DVI cable to connect to my monitor, and when I try to post, the fans all start (gpu and cpu fan) but nothing happening on the screen. I've so many different things (which probably did nothing, but I didn't know what else to do) like use the integrated graphics, switch the pciexpress slot the gpu was in, moving the memory to a different slot, and used HDMI rather than DVI. Also the LED's don't light up on the motherboard where there should be numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
