Graphics Card Problem??

Hello,
I sold my HIS RADEON HD 5670(4 months old) card to my friend. Now, he says that the screen goes blank after windows logo but its ok on safe mode. I suggested him to try Enable Low Resolution Mode and he told that it does not solve the problem.

The card was working fine on my computer. So what could be the reason??

He said that his PSU was just 300W so could it be a PSU issue??

Was it working on his computer before?

Have him try pressing F8 before windows loads but then, instead of choosing safe mode choose "VGA mode".

Then uninstall any and ALL video card drivers.

Reboot the computer.
Installed the latest video card drivers from ATI.

It was working fine on my computer!!! and he said he didn't see VGA mode but low resolution mode. is it same? and when he tried to install the driver he got a message stating no detective drivers found.
