If I buy these parts will I have all the things I need to actually finish it? Or will I need some wires?

First off you need to add the /img tag on the last part to get the picture to display properly. And getting to your question, I think you have everything you need. The mobo supplies your SATA cable(s) for your DVD drive. And your power connections are supplied by the PSU. The front panel connector wires are just connected to the mobo from the case, so you should be good to go.
