Wifi questions

Hello,
I have Virgin Mobiles 3G stick and have internet on my computer. Is there any way to turn it into a wifi connection to use on my i touch? I dont have any wifi router or anything. Thanks!

You could try setting the computer for its Internet connection to be shared by running a Network Setup Wizard but I have no idea if an i-touch can operate through that.

for about a $70 you can find a router that can either connect to a broadband modem or a 3G modem.

If you're running Windows 7 and pickup a cheap wireless adapter (a no-name wireless G adapter can be had for as little as $10), you could use it and Connectify to establish a wireless hotspot. Then use ICS to share the 3G connection w/ the wireless connection and its users.
