Windows Error Recovery Problem

So I recently got a new motherboard, and used my old HDD in the build.
But now Windows doesn't start. , my only options are to launch startup repair and start windows normally, which just leads to the same screen.
I've read I'm supposed to reinstall windows from the disc, however I do not have it.
I tried resetting to its factory settings, but that didn't work. Any way to fix this without the Windows 7 disc?

Try setting SATA to IDE (if set to AHCI). Do you still have the old PC?
