What is best? lower chipset or higher chipset

i am new in the computer shop business that why my mind isnt broader in terms of computer. will you help me, how it works well? the lower chipset? or the higher chipset?

could you be a bit clearer about what you're asking? do you mean the northbridge and southbridge? or lower end chipset and higher end chipset?
