Asus MoBo (4pin ATX12V or 4+4pin ATX12V)

Well the parts are in and I'm finally putting together my HTPC.
I have a quick question though. My MoBo (Asus Maximus V Gene) has an
8pin ATX12V power hookup. My PSU (Antec EarthWatts EA-650W) has a 4+4 ATX12V instead of an 8 ATX12V. (See image: http://imageshack.us/a/img248/5835/imagetfs.jpg)

I've read that you can attach the 4+4 ATX12V cords to the 8PIN slot... BUT this image in the manual makes it look like one 1 4PIN is allowed.. I just don't want to mess this up..

What should I do?

(PS, I plan on OC'in a lot so as much power as possible is needed)

Even though the Manual shows only to connect a single 4pin ATV12V into the 8pin slot?

The manual says to connect a 4-pin when the 8-pin is not available, but yor PSU does have one (the 4+4).
