Hello my friend. It would be better if you get an AMD Llano build.

With an AMD Llano build, you won't need to buy a graphics card since its graphics card is more than enough for the HTPC and the price of the CPU and motherboard is alot CHEAPER.

If you really want to stick with a intel build though.

Get an i3-2120 < Better onboard graphics card HD 3000.

Get an H61 motherboard. The cheapest would be an asrock H61 motherboard.

you need ram too. A G.skill 4gb ram would be more than enough.
