Dell XPS 720 H2C + My current budget rig = ???

Forum Systems : New Build Dell XPS 720 H2C + My current budget rig = ???

My current budget gaming rig:
asus m4a785-m
550 BE Phenom 2 running at stock
Vapor-X Saphire 5750 running at stock
8gb DDR2-800

I just acquired a Dell XPS 720 H2C for 20 bucks from the institution I work for. It's only missing harddrives, but has all of the default specs that this machine came with when it came out.

My questions is, Should I combine the parts from my old machine and this one? And in what configuration? I realize the Q6800 extreme OC'ed with liquid cooling will probably be a heck of a lot better than my BE 550. But the 5750 is probably not as fast as two 8800gts + a physx card, right (I know I'm sacrificing dx11)? I'm going to be playing a lot of skyrim, arkham city, dead island, etc. and hope to upgrade eventually. My monitore is a 27" asus 1080p. Also I know both machines might be slightly bottlenecked by DD2. Any advice would be great! Should I sell some components and buy a pair of newer nvidias for sli, another 5750 crossfired.. I'm just not sure. I might just sell both rigs and build a brand new i7 2500k rig from the scratch. :p Any advice would be great!

Thanks in advance!

Personally I think I would go with the mATX board and save the money. Here is a review...
