Radeon 6850 on Bestec 350w psu?

I'm purchasing a radeon 6850 but I don't have enough money for a new psu. My psu is a dell Bestec 350w psu. Will it work? Some say yes, some say no. Please help me!

If your system if good enough for a hd6850, it won't take it.

It does make sense. If your system is going to use a hd6850, you shou;d have a strong enough system to not bottleneck it. Which means it should pull enough power to max out a crap 350w PSU.
