Member configuration, how?

I've seen some members with a "member configuration" link but I can't find any way to add that in my profile info. What am I missing?

Edit the thing in your public profile settings called "Your Computer"

Yeah, do I feel silly now? Of course! I can't tell you how many times I looked for this. I guess I had my eyes focused on hunting for "member configuration" (hmmm, wonder why) and "your computer" just slipped right by me. Thanks for the info.
