PC Dead & Motherboard? AsRock 990FX Extreme3

Alright I've got the Asrock990FX Extreme3 and when I boot I get the number " 98 " in the bottom right corner when the bios splashscreen comes up and takes a verryyyyyy long time to boot past that and keyboard stops working then starts. I've actually got a list of problems with my PC which I'm guessing my motherboard is causing.

Can anyone help me and tell me what's wrong ?
