Ram can be used as a hard drive. So you can say use 8gb of your ram as a virtual hard disk. Then copy some proggrams onto it. Run them of that and loading should be fairly instant. The reason I call this fooling around is because it isn't very useful. Ram cannot store data when the pc is of so every time you boot you will need to copy the data again(this is done automatically but it still takes time). So this is only really useful if you keep your pc on for long periods, don't care about how long startup takes or you use sleep.

I do however have my doubts about your peripherals.

Tte doesn't exactly have a reutation of being good. I would stick to the tried and true logitech. I got this kb I find it very good http://www.austin.net.au/ProductList/ProductDetail/tabid/104/Default.aspx?ProductCode=KBLO920-002245+

As for your monitor I would stay away from 27" monitors with only 1080p. You will see a noticable drop in quality coming from a 24".

As for a mousepad I suggest any decent hard cover mousepad( I find hard mousepads much better, but that's just my opinion). The warpad is not a hard mousepad btw.

As for the mouse, It gets good reviews, but if you get the g110 might aswell get the matching g500?

As for the headset I would stay away from gaming headsets. I suggest "audiophile" headphones like:

http://www.amazon.com/Technica-ATH-AD700-Open-air-Audiophile-Headphones/dp/B000CMS0XU/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1322990298&sr=8-7

Or if music is your priority

http://www.amazon.com/Grado-Prestige-SR-60i-Padded-Headphones/dp/B0006DPMU4/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1322990401&sr=1-2

As I mic I use this with my headphones

http://www.amazon.com/Zalman-Zm-Mic1-Sensitivity-Headphone-Microphone/dp/B00029MTMQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1322990429&sr=1-1

Sorry for using amazon.com, but I don't know any .au websites.

Thanks for your advice, i will probobly end up going with a 24 inch anyway because of the size of my desk, as for the peripherals, i will be looking up more reviews and then deciding what to use, thanks.

Ok I have chosen some new things, 650d case, corsair. Razer lycosa ( currently own one and love it) will buy new one tho, razer imperator, razer Lachesis mouse pad, razer mageladon headset. I know it's all razer but all my current stuff is razer except headset and I love all of them, plus I like the corsair case
