Need adapter for power button connector

Last response: in Motherboards

Hi, I'm don't have the required connections on my motherboard to let me connect The power button, reset button and LEDs on my new NZXT Phantom 410. I'm using the dell xps motherboard.
What I want to know is if there is an adapter I can buy to put into Number 12 on the pic of the motherboard here http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/xps8300/e... so that I can connect the wire to my current motherboard.
If you find one can you link me, thank you

That's a proprietary Dell part so there's not going to be an adapter and if the Dell support site doesn't list the pin arrangement you might just experiment carefully with a flat-head screwdriver: with the computer plugged in to the outlet touch different combinations of the pins together until the PC starts. This will identify the power switch pins. You can do something similar to find the reset switch.

I found the layout for the connector, this is the intel "Front Panel I/O Connectivity Design Guide". Here is the link.

Go to the page 35. You can see detail. Hope this can help.
