ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Error Codes

Just finished my build. But can't get the darn thing to boot. I get error codes 4f 62 and D7. I've read in the manual what the codes mean but i have no idea what to do to fix them. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The d7 error code goes away when i unplug the gpu. If that helps anything
