Should I get a Sound Card?

So newegg has the following card on sale today

My question is this. I'm going to be getting a Razer Tiamat 7.1 here in a few days and I was wondering if I would notice the difference between onboard sound (Asus P8P67 Pro Mobo) and this card. It's worth noting that the Tiamat connects with the 5x 3.5mm plugs instead of a USB cord.

The difference is only noticeable to some using high quality speakers. For most people with your normal budget computer speakers no noticeable difference.

Yeah, that's mainly why I was curious since the Tiamat is a pretty high quality headset (supposedly).

I would try out the onboard and if not happy get a card!
