Hello, is an asus EAH5450 SILENT/DI/1GD3/V2(LP) Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card compatible with my fully stock mini tower gx280

Should be. If you're certain you have the Mini-Tower version, it supports full height graphic cards. No need for Low-Profile cards.

Ok. You need to clarify. Do you have the "Small Form Factor", which only accepts PCI-Ex16 Low Profile cards, or the "Mini-Tower", which utilizes full height graphics cards.
