Windows 7 automatic boot up

Hello,
when i turn on my pc have along time to start windows and when i press F8 to start windows normally it's not do anything
my boot drive is on "HARD DISK" no on"boot from CD "

In the past having a CD in stopped my computer booting.
Do you have more than one HDD ? If so make sure that the boot order of those are correct.
