You are budgeting $230 for a motherboard, and $175 for the cpu, that is the wrong way to do it.
The 6 and 8 core chips are good for multitasking, but not for gaming. The reason is that games rarely use more than 2 or 3 cores, making the extra cores irrelevant. It is the clock speed that is more important. The phenom x4 is a better value chip for gaming.

With your budget, I would get a $150 Z68 based motherboard and a sandy bridge 2500K for $220 instead.
If you don't need sli, the motherboard will be $100.

The Corsair TX750 is a fine cpu, but you only need for a GTX560Ti 500w & 30a on the 12v rails plus two 6-pin PCI-E power leads.
The CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W would cost $50.

If, you are planning on sli as an upgrade in the future, realize that you are paying more up front for a stronger psu, a sli capable motherboard, and possibly case cooning. All on speculation that adding a second gts560ti in the future would be a good thing. Some games do not play well with multi cards, and there is also the issue of microstuttering.
My take would be to get a 650w psu, which can run a GTX580 and plan on replacing the GTX560ti with the next best thing whenever you need to.

What do you think?

Sorry, the FX-4100 is an even worse cpu chip for gaming. Google some reviews like this: http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/pc-components/processors/amd-fx-4100-black-edition-1044553/review?artc_pg=3

What is your budget for the cpu?

If it is $200-$220, the 2500K is a no brainer.
If it is $130 or so, the i3-2120 is a good buy. Read this on <$200 gaming cpu's:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gaming-cpu-core-i3-2100-phenom-ii-x6-1075t,2859-8.html

If you are a amd stockholder, then a phenom X4 black edition is a good choice, and priced in between.
