How to navigate the site?

I am just a bit confused about the interface here at Tomshardware.

How do you check a question you started to see if there are any answers?

Is there a thread for how the interface works?

There's an option on the right side of the screen to 'show the right column. Make sure that right column is showing. You will see three tabs: Profile, # threads, and no messages. If you have responses to a thread you've replied to, it will show in that 2nd tab.
