Hello, everyone.
A few months ago we changed our ISP over to Cox Communications. Shortly after we did this, we had issues with our internet, phone, and cable. Two months and 7 techs later, everything is fixed. The only problem that we still have (and is one that we've had from the start) is that whenever someone uploads or downloads something, our router will occasionally cut out at random. This might happen a few moments after downloading / uploading, or it might not happen at all. The signal strength icon at the bottom right in the system tray will say "no internet access", and will display a yellow triangle. Another problem is that our phones will go out as well.
The cable modem we are using is a Motorola SBV5222, with firmware version: 22.0.19-SCM-06 (not sure if this is up-to-date, as I cannot find anything on their site to update it). After reading the event log, this is what it displays at the time of one of the disconnects (read from the bottom up):
We are also using a Netgear WNR2000v3 router with it as well. Not sure if this matters or not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: We also use wireless for all of our devices. Forgot to mention that.
