no im not going to add a second gpu and yes i'm shipping it to France the tax is like 2euros for each product except the case which is 10, any idea for a power supply?

You'll want to look for 2x 6pin PCI-e power connectors which your graphics card wants.
You might need to step up a size in PSUs to find that option, depending on whats available to you.

The graphics card has it's own self contained cooling and it's adequate even for some modest overclocking.
It's the CPU where you can get the biggest performance gains.

Which model of AVC cooler do you have? Got a link to a performance review?

no it's about 3 years old i'd prefer getting a new one do you have any suggestions?
so the graphics card needs it's own cord from the power supply for the fan but what is that cable called?

so my mobo needs a 24 pin and my gpu a 2x6pin pci but what would a compatible cpu cooler need? what would this compatible cpu cooler need to have to be compatible with the mobo and cpu?

thank you so much i'm kinda lost in the build i'm a newbie and don't want to mess this up! :)

Most often called the PCI-e power connector. The come in 6pin, 8pin and 6+2pin versions. And there is a molex to PCI-e adapter available for PSUs that don't have an extra PCI-e power connector.

what about this one :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139033
it has the 24pin main for the mobo but has 2x6+2 pin if the 2 6pins were inserted and the extra +2pin were left unatached would that cause a problem?
