Hello!

I recently bought the Razer Electra, It comes with 2 separate cords, One with a mic built into the cord. Second one is just for the headphones.
So the mic is optional, However the jack it requires is something I'm unfamiliar with, a shared audio / mic jack "TRS - wikipedia " ?

I want to know if it's compatible with the sound card below!

( Not sure if this is direct link just look for a GREEN headset named Electra )

(Compatible with Apple iPhone®, HTC®, BlackBerry®. The Razer Electra was designed for smart phones and laptops that come default with a 4 pin TRRS audio + mic combined jack. Razer cannot guarantee performance for use with third party splitter cables.)

I can't figure out how it works, I have the most recent drivers and I'm not sure which jack I put it in. The microphone / audio jack of course.

Into the green output jack.

Granted, quality will be limited by the Recon3d, since its a horrid line of soundcards, but you get what you pay for...
