Motherboard Temps

Hi guys so I'm gonna go right into it

I noticed that my cpu temp was going high today at 70C so I got into it cleaned the fans, the cpu, new thermal paste and now im running at idle 28-29C and on Game is about 45-50C

However I noticed this too my Mobo Temp on HWmonitor has 2 TempIn0 & TempIn2

Before my TempIn0 was 30-31 & TempIn2 was 28-29. But since I cleaned out my cpu and the fans I saw that my MOBO temp is now TempIn0 26-27C & TempIn2 is 30-31. I got confused since it TempIn2 was lower before but now its higher than Tempin0 I don't think its that bad since it's not going over 40 or higher when IDLE or gaming but it was just weird

Any Thoughts on this?
Oh and my specs are

MSI 870A-G54
AMD Phenom II X4 965
8 GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD 6850 1gb
