$700 Computer Build for a friend

Okay So I'm building a computer for my friend and I usually go with Core i5-2500k builds but I doubt he can fit that into his budget.

Approximate Purchase Date:Probably by the end of the Month

Budget Range:$700

System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming(Skyrim, Call of duty, Battlefield 3), Photoshop(RAW images 18megapixels), Web Browsing

Parts Not Required:Monitor,OS,Keyboard, and mouse.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: For the Case probably Amazon because I can get free shipping, newegg charges like $50-60 for the case alone in shipping.

Parts Preferences:Core i5-2500k if that's even possible in this price range. For a Case maybe the HAF 922 I tried 2 of these so far and they seem to work great, I am open to suggestions though.

Overclocking:I'll probably do that for him

SLI or Crossfire:No

Monitor Resolution: Right now he doesn't have one but I'm assuming he's getting a 1920x1080 monitor

Additional Comments:Also for the Hard Drive I don't think he'll be needing a large size for now and I wouldn't want him to spend too much on one since the prices are up.

Thanks in Advanced!

Thanks cutebeans, only thing is you forgot the RAM. What do you think about these GSkill DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24. Seems like a very cost effective build though.

Corsair 500w + Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM 1600 $92.... $82 after rebate
