im looking for a good 27" monitor and a 32-40GB SSD if possible for OS drive.
Total budget - Rs65000.

I hope you won't find out later that your SSD is too small. Those little ones are for caching, not OS. For Windows, I think 128G is minimum. Give yourself some leeway.

Get a monitor with at least 1920 horizontal pixels for HD. You don't need 120 refresh unless you're going 3D, so look for an older leftover model at 60Hz to save money. The other specs are hard to see once you get used to a monitor, but look at the specs, anyway, so you don't get ripped off.

I love your other choices, except I do agree with Jemm that there's some overkill there. The 6870 is actually a solid gamer card, which you say you don't need so much.

Rarely see an H67 MoBo w/ a dedicated GFX card "from the get go". Usually one goes H67 when a dedicated GFX card is NOT part of the original build
