CPU Disabled in MSCONFIG :-(

Hey guys quick thread i disabled 3 off my cored in msconfig under advanced to play Scarface on the pc as i was having problems now that i finished the game i cannot enable the 3 other cores and windows is running sluggish can somone help thanks

CPU is AMD 955 Phenom
