Is this system worth the cost? Will it play new Star wars on full?

This costs 550.00, but I think this graphics card is low end? Am I correct?

This is for a friend who wants to buy today, so any fast replies are appreciated.

He wants to play the new Star wars the old republic on full settings, even in raid with no low FPS. And games such as Empire Total war.

it might be able to run at low but def not high especially not with good fps
